Casino Status Match Run (Part 3): Caesars Diamond Status Match
The next step in the casino status match run series is to do the Caesars Diamond status match with your brand new Wyndham Diamond Status. This is probably the most crucial step since it’s what’s going to really kick off all the other status matches that you are going to do. Also, this status match is not automatic like the Wyndham Diamond and I’ve heard that it can take up to a couple of weeks since it’s rumored that someone is personally reviewing each of the status matches.
Big Update!
If you haven’t heard, Caesars just recently announced that they will not be status matching Wyndham Diamond status that is earned off the Wyndham Rewards Earner Business Credit Card starting February 1st, 2025. So, if you want to do this status match, this is the last year you can do it so better sign up fast!

How Long Does the Caesars Diamond Status Match Take?
I submitted my application on 8/28/2024 and got a notification that it might take up to two weeks to match. This was the ONLY notification I got. I did not received any type of email confirmation saying that they’ve received my request. So, at this point, you’re just really hoping that it went through.
Timeline of My Caesars Diamond Status Match
- 8/28/24 (Day 1): Submitted my status match
- 9/10/24 (Day 13): I checked and it’s still showing Gold on my Caesars account
- 9/11/24 (Day 14): I checked again and it’s still showing Gold
- 9/15/24 (Day 18): I checked again and it finally shows Diamond. It could have changed earlier but this day was the next time I checked.
- Extra Date Point: My friend who is doing this with me said she applied for the Caesars Diamond status match a couple of days after me but hers wasn’t approved for almost 4 weeks. So, just keep this in mind that time frames can range drastically.
