First Look: New Chase Sapphire Lounge at Aria Las Vegas

The new Chase Sapphire Lounge at Aria Las Vegas has finally open this past weekend! I was lucky enough to already be in town and got to visit the cool pop-up lounge. I believe this is supposed to be a teaser of the new Chase Sapphire Lounge that’s supposed to be going into LAS airport in mid-2025 along with other new Chase Sapphire Lounges opening across the U.S. The Vegas pop-up lounge is the most exciting for me though since there’s a dedicated place on the Las Vegas strip where I can get drinks and snacks for free!

Don’t Forget These Items for Your Next Vegas Trip!

  • Hand Sanitizer: Thinking about gambling? Think about all the germs lol! Make sure you carry some hand sanitizer with you. It definitely doesn’t hurt.
  • Emergen-C: I absolutely have a box of these always in my cabinet. I take these everywhere I travel and it has been a lifesaver in helping me not get sick.
  • Liquid I.V.: Ohhhhhh you best believe that I have this either right before I go to sleep or first thing in the morning after a long day of drinking. You definitely want to stay hydrated.
  • Apple AirTags and Holder: You can never be too careful with your belongings! Ladies… clip this onto your purse. Guys… put one in your wallet!
  • Advil PM: OMG… another discovery recent discovery was taking Advil PM. I’m no doctor, but it seriously help me sleep like a baby. I feel like between late nights and the drinking, I never get good sleep. But this year, my friend gave me one and I slept like a ROCK.

Chase Sapphire Lounge at Aria Official Press Release

When Did I Visit the Lounge?

My first visit was on Monday, November 18, 2024. I decided to do a 2nd visit again the next night on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 to get more information.

FAQs about the Chase Sapphire Lounge at Aria Las Vegas

Here are all the questions that you have answered! Hopefully, you’ll get the chance to go check it out. I definitely think it was worth a stop if you are close to the strip. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments below.

Is the Ritz-Carlton Credit Card Accepted?

Update 11/19/24: I went back to the lounge a second time to ask this question. I know on the press release, they clearly mention that the Ritz-Carlton credit card is accepted, but when I went to go ask them at the lounge, they said no. I even asked a second person, and they said no as well.

Do you need Priority Pass?

You do not need your Priority Pass to enter. All they did was scan my Chase Sapphire Reserve card.

How many guests can enter?

The cardholder plus two guests.

Update 11/19/24: If you have an authorized user on your account, you are allowed to bring in two guests as well.

Are Kids Allowed?

Update 11/19/24: I asked and they said yes, kids are allowed. If they are under 5, they do not count as a guest.

What are the official hours and dates?

Everyday from 5:00 pm-10:30 pm. When I asked the bartender when the lounge will close down, he said January 12, 2025. I know other people on the internet have mentioned January 5th, but I was told January 12th when I visited the lounge so who knows for sure.

Update 11/19/24: I asked someone else today and they said they are closing January 2nd. It looks like the staff isn’t really too sure themselves when the closing date is but it safe to say somewhere around that time.

Chase Sapphire Lounge at the Aria Hotel Hours of Operation

Where is the Chase Sapphire Lounge located in the Aria?

It is on the main casino floor to the right of the Din Tai Fung restaurant.

Do you need to stay at Aria to enter the Chase Sapphire Lounge?

No, I was staying at another hotel and I just walked right up.

What types of food and drinks do they have?

The food is by Momofuku (Chef David Chang) and the cocktails are by Apotheke (famous speakeasy in Los Angeles and New York). The have a small buffet station and a small cocktail menu. Keep in mind, it is not a full bar where you can just order whatever drinks you want, but if they have the ingredients, it looks like they can make basic well drinks for you.

What Time Does the Food End?

The buffet items keeps being refilled until the end of the night. The tray-pass items (pork belly buns and fried chicken) will stop being served around 8:00 pm.

Should You Bring Tip Money?

Yes! Since the cocktails are free, make sure you tip your bartenders.

Can you go multiple times a day?

I specifically asked this question to the person checking us in and she said we can go in and out as many times as we want in a day. So, if you’re near the Aria, you’ll always have a place to get some free drinks and snacks!

Is the Chase Sapphire Lounge Busy?

We went on a Monday night around 8:00 pm and there was no line. There were a few people in the lounge and not crowded at all. I assume it’ll be completely different during the weekends especially with F1 Las Vegas coming up.

How Many Seats Are There?

For seating, it looks like the front room can hold about 10 guests while the back lounge looks like it can hold about 30 guests.

What Does the Chase Sapphire Lounge at Aria Look Like?

There are two main rooms to the lounge. You have the front room where there’s a bar and the small buffet station. In the back is more of a Vegas-type lounge with cute booth seating on the sides, lounge seats in the middle, and a DJ spinning music. Not sure how much the design will translate over to the official Las Vegas airport lounge, but definitely a fun place to hang out before your night out.

Are ritz Carlton cardholders allowed in? I’ve seen mixed reports online. A friend was turned down which is ridiculous considering it’s mentioned in the press release.
