I know the year is almost over but here's the 2023 refresh on my Ultimate Guide to Luxury Shopping in Hawaii! If you didn't see on my Instagram stories, I asked all of you what stores you wanted to see and I literally spent all Labor Day weekend walking around to all the shops for you. Most of the stores that have the special Hawaii pricing stayed the same but there were some new and

Since it's been a while, I've decided to do a 2022 refresh on my Ultimate Guide to Luxury Shopping in Hawaii! I've updated the list with current discounts, new addresses, and some new brands as well. For my new readers that don't know, Hawaii has special discounts on luxury brands that aren't available anywhere else in the world. A sales associate once told me that it's because luxury retailers combine Hawaii and Guam into their

The Pu'u Ma'eli'eli trail has now become one of my favorite hikes to do on Oahu. Every time I go to Hawaii, I always try to fit in at least one hike. Since our last trip was really short, I needed to find a hike that didn't take too long but was a good workout at least. The Diamond Head hike would have been an easy choice but I've already done it a bunch of

For the first time on this blog, we are going to be talking about Miu Miu Hawaii! This was my first time in the store and I was blown away by how beautiful it was inside. Miu Miu definitely took the time to curate the design of their space and it definitely shows. It's probably the prettiest showroom I've seen in Hawaii!     Miu Miu Waikiki Location    Is it Cheaper to Buy Miu Miu in Hawaii? Yes, it is

If you are a fan of spam musubi, you have to stop by Got'z Grindz during your trip to Oahu. I was looking for a place to grab a snack for our Pu'u Ma'eli'eli hike and I noticed that Got'z Grindz was only a 5-minute drive from the trailhead. They have a wide variety of spam musubis along with heartier selections like bento boxes and rice bowls. Everything is already laid out on the counter

For the third installment of my mochi train, I decided to go visit Kansai Yamato. For people that haven't been following along, I decided to go on a mochi crawl through Honolulu. I've never really thought about mochi in Hawaii before but it makes sense since they are heavily Japanese-influenced. What made me really want to go to Kansai Yamato though was this amazing strawberry cream-filled mochi (Yuki Ichigo) picture that I saw on Yelp.

Our next sweet eats stop is Fujiya Hawaii which is another Japanese confectionary store that specializes in mochi. I believe I mentioned in a previous blog post that I was on the hunt for mochi on our previous trip and this was the second place that we visited. I again found it on Yelp and saw that it had a lot of good reviews so I was excited to check it out. Related Post: Where

Today, I present to you an updated Gucci Hawaii Pricing Guide from my most recent trip to Waikiki back in January. Unfortunately, it was raining that day so the lighting in the pictures might seem a little dull but I got to try on a lot of items for all of you. If you've read my previous Gucci Hawaii Shopping Guide, you would know that last summer, Gucci decided to change their discount from 20%

I've never even heard of Nisshodo Candy Store until I started doing mochi research for this trip. Out of the hundreds of times I've been to Hawaii, I never once thought to look for mochi. It's always been shaved ice or malasadas, but it totally makes sense that mochi would be popular in Hawaii too since it's heavily Japanese influenced. I'm not a big sweets person by any means but I'm a fan of mochi

I first saw Maita'i Catamaran on Groupon last year for almost half off the original price and it had over 7,000 reviews. I was with a couple of my friends for my birthday in Oahu and we all decided to buy one and try it out. I had so much fun on that boat ride that I decided to do that same exact boat trip again this time with my best friend. It's probably one
